Deep Unity knowledge
A portfolio with several projects and great games made with Unity with at least 2 games published as a professional
A Game Designer degree or similar
A feel for fun and the ability to effectively communicate the player experience.
A minimum of 6 years professional experience (Please do not apply if you don't meet this requirement!)
Experience working with any console platform; NSW, XBO and PS4
Capable of prototyping efficiently with C#
Excellent communication skills
Excellent documentation skills
Fluent English, written and spoken (all our documentation is in English)
Professional, problem solver, proactive, team worker, rigorous and detail oriented
A fast learner, highly meticulous, a consummate professional. You bring value into any conversation you have
Valid Spanish work permit
DUTIES------------------------------------
Contribute innovative and original ideas toward all aspects of the game’s production and development.
Deliver work on time and according to schedule.
Accept and provide direction with team members and participate and engage with the entire production team to stay current on the scope and understanding of the project.
Possess exemplary oral and written communication skills and the ability to follow direction and to collaborate successfully with others.
A positive outlook with the ability to self-direct and have an artistic vision, combined with a dedicated work ethic.
Multitask effectively; prioritise competing demands, and follow through on details.

DUTIES
------------------------------------
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and road-maps.
Responsible for coordinating, organizing, moderating and controlling all production activities in the assigned feature team.
Responsible for feature development and delivery - on time and of highest quality
Ensure cross-department visibility is clear and dependencies are properly tracked
Maintain a constant awareness of game status through regular play sessions
Covering standard Project Management layer such as planning, risk, resource, capacity and dependency management
Setting up very effective, concise, transparent and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside team
Supporting to keep the team's motivation on a higher scale and raising flags in case of anomaly
